Change is a part of life. From crawling to walking to running, you go through so much change in your life that if look back to where you were even 1 year ago it’s amazing to see how much of a different person you are. On a daily basis you grow and learn so much that while these changes seem insignificant initially, overtime they end up changing the entire foundation to who you are. But generally this microscopic change isn’t the change that people refer to when the say “my life has changed”. They are usually referring to those large chunks of transformation you only go through a few times in your life and it is these large changes that people hesitate with and are afraid of.
